I was warned about sleepless nights, dirty diapers, strong-willed tempers and an empty wallet. But no one ever warned me about the dirty dishes. The way they somehow multiply despite a constantly running dishwasher. How the same dish can appear to dirty itself multiple times a day, despite every effort made to wash it and put it away.
